- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time does not include transit time.
- Because our products are food items, all orders are carefully prepared and packaged to maintain quality and freshness prior to shipment.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship orders using reliable, trackable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
- All shipments include tracking information, which is provided to the customer once the order ships.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Cedar Pastries is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring availability for delivery.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
Food Product Considerations
- Due to the nature of food products, delivery delays may impact product quality.
- We ship products in packaging designed to protect them during transit; however, once an order is in the carrier’s possession, transit conditions are outside our control.
