 ⭐ Cedar Pastries Return Policy (Perishable Goods)

At Cedar Pastries, we take great pride in crafting fresh, high-quality Mediterranean pastries for our customers. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.

This policy is in place to protect the safety, quality, and integrity of our food products.

❌ No Returns on Perishable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, Cedar Pastries cannot accept returns on any of our products, including but not limited to:

Once these items leave our facility, they cannot be restocked, resold, or safely returned to inventory.

🧾 If There Is an Issue With Your Order

Although we cannot accept returns, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include any of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (when applicable)

🚚 Non-Delivery or Shipping Issues

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at time of purchase. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please report shipping problems within 48 hours so we can address them promptly. 

✔️ Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order and freshly prepared:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
  • After this window, production may already be underway and cancellation may not be possible.
